The Q3 Glendale Real Estate market showed more homes listed in August than any other month. While price per square foot (PPSF) was on the slight decline, the average days on market (DOM) were significantly more than any other month. September also lead with the highest prices. Looking ahead into Q4, we can continue to expect similar trends, while not anticipating a substantial increase in values.
